The Seasonal Duty Manager works as part of the wider Duty Manager and Customer Experience team, taking responsibility for front of house operations when on shift during live events at all WTM venues. This seasonal role supports the department during the busiest period of the WTM calendar; from October to end of December, which includes the annual Pantomime.
